In this article, she is talking about the condition of translator in the eyes of society. She uses humorous language when she gives example about a translator. She criticizes the concept of loyalty in making translation.

She says that the new age, we need to give up the concept of loyalty because according to her, loyalty causes many problems among translators, audiences, and publishers. Because of this concept, both translators and audience feel guilty when they are not loyal toward a text.
She points out very interesting but very common issues for translator. She calls it “incompleteness’s complex”. In that situation, translators are alone because no one around them when they decide whether they can translate a work or not. The world of publishing can except the medium translation but, audience and the book cannot accept medium translation. At the beginning of the translation, the choosing of appropriate translator can find solution all the problems that occur during the translation period. However, at the very beginning there is no that kinds of process, translators always are at the edge of the abyss.

She states that generally, a translator is guilty beginning from the first sentence translation if he or she is not checked whether he or she is appropriate for the work. At this point, he or she always hesitates while doing his or her work. Sometimes she or he can feel like cheated partner.

To her the other most important issue is choosing a book to translate. Some decides the book which is needed to translate in popular language like Spanish, English, France and German. No one asks if the book is able to translate all these languages or not.
Income of the translators is another issue that she mentions in this article. She explains that new nonprofit organization for protecting translator’s rights. With the help of them, their life condition will be much better in near future.
